Refund and Returns Policy for Liquidation Pallets
All Sales Are Final – Please Read Carefully
Refund and Returns Policy for Liquidation Pallets Thank you for choosing us for your liquidation merchandise needs. Due to the nature of liquidation and customer returns products, all items are sold “as-is” and all sales are final. This policy is industry standard and is necessary to offer our customers the lowest possible prices on bulk merchandise.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no-return, no-refund policy.
Understanding the “As-Is” Nature of Liquidation Goods
Liquidation pallets consist of customer returns, overstock, and shelf-pulled merchandise from major retailers. The condition of items within a pallet can vary significantly.
- What to Expect: Pallets may contain brand new items, items in original packaging, items without packaging, items with minor cosmetic blemishes, or items that may be non-functional or require repair.
- Your Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand these risks and to perform their own due diligence before purchasing. The potential for a mix of conditions is what allows us to sell these goods at a fraction of their retail MSRP.
No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges
We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Unwanted or unsold merchandise.
- The condition, functionality, or completeness of any items within the pallet.
- The final profitability or value of the merchandise after purchase.
The Only Exception: Freight Carrier Damage
The only circumstance under which we will assist with a claim is if the pallet itself is damaged during transit by the freight carrier. This is a claim against the carrier’s insurance, not a return to us.
To be eligible for a freight damage claim, you MUST follow these steps precisely:
- Inspect Before Signing: Thoroughly inspect the pallet and its shrink wrap before the driver leaves. Look for broken boards, crushed corners, or major tears in the wrap.
- Note Damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL): If you see any signs of damage, you must write “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” or a detailed description of the damage (e.g., “Pallet corner crushed”) on the delivery receipt (BOL).
- Take Photographic Evidence: Take clear, time-stamped photos and a video of the damaged pallet while it is still on the truck.
- Notify Us Immediately: Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your photos and the signed BOL.
Failure to note damage on the BOL at the time of delivery will void any potential claim. Once the BOL is signed without notation, the freight carrier considers the shipment accepted in good condition, and we cannot pursue a claim on your behalf.
What Is Not Covered by a Freight Claim
A freight claim only covers damage that occurred in transit to your location. It does not cover:
- Internal damage to items inside sealed boxes that show no external sign of impact.
- Missing items (as pallets are often sealed by the original source).
- The non-functionality of an electronic item that was not visibly damaged.
- Any issue related to the “as-is” condition of the products themselves.
Incorrect Item Received
We take great care in accurately fulfilling your order. In the rare event that you receive a pallet that is definitively not the one you purchased (e.g., you ordered an electronics pallet and received a general merchandise pallet), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the discrepancy with our warehouse and shipping logs. If we confirm our error, we will work with you on a solution, which may include a replacement pallet or a partial credit, at our sole discretion.
